Dynamic groups take long to rebuild when the number of members is too high (4379944)

Using Dynamic Group rule "Include Group Members" pointing to a builtin group like "Domain Users", just loads 7 users, always the same users. 

Status:
This issue has been identified as a product defect and the following Defect #499012 has been assigned to our Active Roles Product team for consideration of inclusion within a future release of Active Roles.

Workaround:
Use rule "Include Group Members" each rule pointing to non-builtin groups.

Use rule "Custom Search" using attribute "Person" at the domain level, it loads all users that meet the condition even though this is a very large number, it loads in a couple of minutes.
