If your organization has purchased a One Identity Hybrid Subscription
If your Organization has purchased a One Identity Hybrid Subscription, please proceed as follows.
NOTE: All new purchases of Hybrid-capable One Identity products will be accompanied by a One Identity Hybrid Subscription. For existing customers, wishing to purchase a One Identity Hybrid Subscription, please see One Identity Hybrid Subscription.
- Ensure the purchaser of the Hybrid Subscription at your organization has activated the subscription using the welcome email they received after purchasing the subscription.

If you do not have a One Identity Hybrid Subscription
If your Organization has not purchased a One Identity Hybrid Subscription, you may still be able to join your Hybrid-capable product to your Starling Organization.

If you have separately purchased a subscription or activated a trial of Starling services that can be integrated with your Hybrid-capable product (such as Starling Two-Factor Authentication or Starling Identity Analytics and Risk Intelligence), you may be able to join your product to Starling without purchasing a One Identity Hybrid Subscription.

- Using the Starling user account above, follow the instructions below under "Initiating Join from Within Your One Identity Hybrid-Capable Product".
You do not have a subscription to participating Starling services
If you do not have a One Identity Hybrid Subscription or a subscription to the Starling services your Hybrid-capable product integrates with, you may still be able to join your product to Starling in a trial mode.
- Ensure you are an Organization Admin of the Starling Organization to which you would like to join your Hybrid-capable product.
