Email notifications are not being sent, the process responsible for this action displays the following error:
"[System.FormatException] An invalid character was found in the mail header" -
Causa
One or more configuration parameters are not enabled for mail notifications. -
Risoluzione
To correct this issue check that the following configuration parameter has a proper value:
1. Open Designer and login as an applicable account.
2. Click on Edit configuration parameters.
3. Navigate to QER\ITShop\DefaultSenderAddress.
4. Enter a valid email address.
5. Save the change: Commit to the database.
