You may encounter the problem where, due to insufficient SQL Server disk space, the Active Roles instances’ Replication may stop working.
SOLUTION
1) Identify and the affected SQL server;
2) Increase and/or truncate its disk space;
3) Break the replication between the Active Roles instances:
a) Launch the AR MMC and connect to the AR instance which holds the publisher rights;
b) Navigate to : Configuration/Server Configuration/Configuration Databases;
c) Delete all subscribers and demote the publisher back to a standalone DB;
4) If possible, restart all SQL and AR servers to ensure no residual cache is left behind;
5) Reconfigure replication between the AR instances. For detailed information please refer to the document below:
