When trying to generate a Support Bundle a following error message occurs:
"A Support Bundle is currently being generated by [username]. Please wait until that Support Bundle is complete, then try again.
If you submitted a request to generate a Support Bundle and then canceled it, you will still have to wait for the cancel process to co..."
This error normally occurs if there is a Support Bundle Generation already in process and should clear once it is complete.
However, there may be cases when the process gets stuck and no support bundle is created. This could be a minor filesystem lock that is occuring when the bundle is generated
Waiting for a fix.

WORKAROUND
In most cases Safeguard needs a reboot, which clears the stuck process and the Support Bundle can be generated again.
However, it may occur that after rebooting and starting the Support Bundle creation, it gets stuck again, regardless of which interface the bundle generation was started (desktop client, webui, swagger, etc.).
In those situations these steps should be closely followed:
1. Reboot the appliance
2. Once Swagger is available the Notifications API should be accessed here: https:///service/notification/swagger/. It should be ensured that the GET action on /Notifications/Status/State returns Online in Swagger.
3. Once the state of the appliance is Online (this may take some time), wait 15 minutes. It's important to wait here to ensure that the cleaning process starts.
4. Reboot again.
5. Attempt to generate a 7 day support bundle.
