TPAM is stuck in initializing mode.
WORKAROUND
1. Restart the appliance by holding the power button until it powers down.
2. Wait for 10 minutes.
3. Power up the appliance again.
4. Verify the connectivity using a cross-over cable to the config port, http://192.168.1.105/config
5. If needed, generate the support bundle from the /admin interface for further investigation.
