Can ActiveRoles Server incorporate a "reason" functionality for when a task is executed? -
Description
Is it possible to force users to enter the reason for the task they are using even if they are approved to do it without it going through an approval workflow? -
Cause
There may be scenarios when you wish to have a reason recorded for a task performed within ARS, but an approval workflow is not desired. As an example, if a delegated user was adding a user to a group within ARS, the feature to have a popup box that allows for a reason that user needed access can be beneficial for auditing or change management. -
Resolution
This functionality is not available within ActiveRoles Server.
