On some systems the QAS deleted_check.sh script reports the same IDs being deleted every time the script is run. Message like the following would be seen in the system messages log:
del_check: ***del_check output***: DELETED: called list -f user with userPrincipalName: user@example.com
The users listed are users that have been removed from AD however they should only be found and removed from the QAS cache once.
The defect has been fixed as of QAS 4.0.3.154, from the change log:
4.0.3.154
Bug 26932
* deleted_check: Don't force updates on non-unix cached users. This should make iterations a lot less noisy to AD from systems that cache non-unix users.
Updating to the most recent release of QAS is the recommended solution.
