If the software was uninstalled and the above error is displayed:
1. Open the Registry, and remotely connect to the system displaying this error (or boot the system in Safe mode, and open the registry locally).
2. Browse to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon
3. Change the GINADLL from “GinaSSOWatch.dll” to “MSGINA.dll”
4. Restart the machine
If the software should be installed, and this error is displayed, you will need to perform a repair on the Quest Enterprise Single Sign on product to repair any deleted files.
