If I have a DPA, will it be used to change passwords on remote systems?
Description
Normally, PPM will connect to the end system to update the password. If I have a DPA would the changes be done via the DPA?
Resolution
This is controlled by PPM affinity settings at the system level. By default the local appliance does all the checks & changes unless affinity indicates they should be done by a DPA. If there are multiple DPAs the affinity settings are a prioritized list of which DPA should be checking/changing which system.
