When you try to enable logging, the Admin site is currently configured to "Turn off logging".
When you try to change to "Log errors only", and click on Save, it accepts the modification. If you go to another tab and come back, it reverted to the default setting, "Turn off logging" and no logfile is created.
Or not able to access the PMAdmin site to enable logging.
