When attempting to launch the PM Admin site, one of the the following errors is displayed:
Could not connect to net.tcp://127.0.0.1:8081/QPM.Service.Services.AdminService.
TCP error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
System error occurred. For more information, view the event log.
The application-specific event log might show the following error:
System.ServiceModel.Security.MessageSecurityException: The server rejected the upgrade request. ---> System.ServiceModel.ProtocolException: Error while reading message framing format at position 0 of stream (state: ReadingUpgradeRecord) ---> System.IO.InvalidDataException: More data was expected, but EOF was reached.
Please follow the steps from this solution to change the communication port which Password Manager uses.
