When upgrading the Blackberry Soft Token on the mobile device from version 5.3 to 5.7 will new tokens need to be created?
Cause
Resolution

The expected behaviour is that the existing tokens will continue to funciton after upgrading the mobile Soft Token software from version 5.3 to 5.7.

If possible, this should be tested on a small sample of users before pushing to all users.
