ISA Retrieval not Passing Custom Fields to Ticket System
Password retrieval works fine, the custom fields e.g. 'customer name' that we have defined are being passed to our MS SQL-Server stored procedure, however, when the ISA Retrieval screen is used the custom field are not being passed.
This has been confirmed as a defect and has been submitted as BFER 5354. It will be reviewed by development and a fix will be included in a future version of the product.
