When running a workflow the following workflow error may occur:
“…The open operation did not complete within the allotted timeout of 00:00:00. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout…”
This issue can be caused by great distances between servers or poor network connectivity causing a delay.
To resolve this issue increase the timeout from within ConnectServerHostConsole.exe.config file in the following directory (default):
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Quest One Quick Connect
Change QuickConnectServerHostConsole.exe.config to match this:
