All users are missing items from the New menu even though they have the 'All Objects - Full Control' access template or they are an ActiveRoles Server Administrator.
In ActiveRoles Server, the service account is what performs the actions on behalf of the users that are logged in. The service account needs to have the appropriate permissions to perform the actions for the logged in user.
You can troubleshoot this by performing the following:
Launch the Active Directory Users and Computers console as the service account and try to perform the specific action natively to see if it is able to. For example, if you do not see 'Contact' under the New menu in the ActiveRoles Server console, try to create a new Contact object using ADUC as the service account. If the option is missing from there, check the permissions and make the necessary changes to allow the service account to perform the action. Once confirmed that the service account can perform the action, reconnect to the ActiveRoles Server console and check to confirm that the action is now available.
