PSM Session does not connect successfully, receiving a gray screen
When using Security Product Client for Windows (SPCW) on the managed system and SSH as the proxy connection type (e.g. SSH - Automatic Login Using DSS Key) the PSM Session does not connect successfully. All that appears is a grey screen.
A connection using RDP as the connection type works successfully.
The managed system is Windows 2008 R2.
The session is using the DPA instead of the LocalServer (TPAM appliance)
Change the Affinity settings for the managed system so that "LocalServer" has a higher affinity than the DPA, if there is a DPA in use.
Set the LocalSystem to be at a higher affinity and test the connection again.
This can occur when the DPA is not being used for managed sessions. This can be verified on the 'details" tab for the DPA itself. Also confirm that the DPA is active and can be tested successfully.
