If Java is configured to use "Direct Connection" or a specific Proxy, these settings may not allow a successful connection.
The error "Could not establish a connection to host" may be received.
Some users will not be able to use Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
The Java network settings (or manually configured proxy) may be blocking the PSM session.
Please go to Control Panel, then within the Java settings go into the "Network Settings..." tab.
Please test after selecting the radio button for the "Use Browser Settings" option.
Alternatively, the "Direct connection" option may work, depending on how any local web proxies are configured. This will be determined by the network administrator at that particular location. If a proxy is in use, the network administrator will have the required configuration information.
In most cases, "Use browser settings" should be the correct option. This setting should use the proxy configuration from the default browser.
