No managed domains are listed under Active Directory node in ActiveRoles Server MMC Console and Web Interface when logged on as a regular user account which is not in DS Administrator role.
By default, a regular user does not have any access anywhere in ActiveRoles server.
Unlike in Active Directory, no read permissions are granted by default in ActiveRoles Server.
Whatever access is required - it has to be explicitly granted with Access Templates.
In order for the delegated user to see domain under Active Directory node, delegate the Domains - List permission for each domain to that user.
You can apply that permission at the domain level, or at Active Directory (root node) level, depending on whether you want the delegated user to see all domains or just selected domains.
