Some errors occurred when a user attempted to update Questions and Answers profile or assigning a Passcode in the Helpdesk site.
Error:
"System error occurred. Contact your administrator"
When gathering the verbose logging, you also find the following line:
"The specified directory service attribute or value does not exist"
The attribute specified by the PM instance does not exist or cannot be retrieved.
Workaround:
On the PM Admin web interface, go to:
General Settings -> reinitialization.
By default, the attribute for storing configuration data should be comment.
If this is changed to a different attribute intentionally, then verify that this attribute exists for the User objects.
Otherwise set the value back to comment.
