To help troubleshoot issues that may arise in Cloud Access Manager collecting a snapshot and debugging are often the intial step. This article includes instructions on how to collect that data.
To capture more data about this issue please do the following:
3 - Recreate the issue
The logs for the STS host can be found at: \Cloud Access Manager\Logs
Collecting a Snapshot will give us information about the current setup
2- Then click the Download Database Snapshot button. This will generate a text file to attach to a Technical Support Service Request.
