The "Account Base" tab may be what you are looking for in this instance. The "Share Accounts with Another Application" will let you go to Application A (on the 'Configuration | Account Base' tab).
You can now use the "Share Account with Another Application..."
Here are the notes from the manual:
"Share Account Base with Another Application button
This button allows you to share the account base of the selected application (application A) with another application (application B). Application B will then only use the accounts of application A. If users have already collected accounts for application B, these accounts will not be visible anymore; the only visible accounts will be those of application A. Once you have shared the account base of the selected application, the accounts are displayed from both applications (in the Accounts tab, see Section 6.1.10 Displaying Accounts Associated with the Application), but you can only stop the sharing from application A. If you try to stop the sharing from application B, the operation will not be taken into account."
