WORKAROUND 1
1. Manually Force the "Reset Password" on the affected accounts.
WORKAROUND 2
If there are multiple accounts affected. Use the batch update process to update the accounts.
1. Update the AutoManagement to "None"
2. Click on the "Current Status" to ensure the password update schedule is cleared.
2. Update the AutoManagement to "Auto" and set the Next Change DT to a specific date.
