Incorrect host key for the managed system stored in TPAM appliance
Incorrect platform selected for the managed system in System Management tab.
Issue is intermittent and cannot be reproduced when "Reset Password" button is clicked.
The issue was reported off SPCW Client version 2.4 on TPAM appliance 2.3.768
In our environment, this was caused by the TPAM managed system having known system host entry which did not match with the target platform.
Cleared the known system host key from TPAM.
To do this:
Login to /par | Managed Systems | locate the Managed espcw System | Click“Clear Sys.Host Entry”
This Validation Failure is likely a problem communicating with the target platform eSPCW client.
If the managed system has SPCW client 2.x installed, then platform SPCW 2 should be selected.
