Emails from Token Deployment System sent as the service account and not the designated email address
In Token Deployment System | Configuration, "E-mail Settings", "Email Details", the "From address" an email address has been specified, e.g.: email@example.com, however, when a software token is requested, an email is received from a different email address, e.g.: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a way to make the email show from the correct email address?
Insufficient permissions on the service account (email@example.com in the example) to send as another account, or having a assigned alias at the mail server.
