This solution outlines how to unlock a users Q&A Profile.
1. Navigate to the Password Manager Helpdesk site. i.e.: http://servername/PMhelpdesk
2. Authenticate with an account that has helpdesk access
3. Search for the user account that has the Q&A profile locked
4. Click on the User account
5. If the account's Q&A profile is locked then a button will be visible called "Unlock Q&A Profile"
