A tab is missing in Manager when logged in with an ADS Account. When logged in as a system user, the tab is visible.
Assuming the tab that's missing here is not one of the default target system options, such as "Active Directory", which is enabled with a configuration parameter: TargetSystem\ADS, then the issue may be permissions related.
In Designer, go to User Interface, then expand "User interface navigation" and select "Manager". Then expand "Front-end application navigation". You should see the missing tab listed.
Select the appropriate entry, then select "Edit object '
After making this change, commit changes to the database, and then create a new connection in Manager with the relevant user.
