A tab is missing in Manager when logged in with an ADSAccount. When logged in as a system user, the tab is visible.
How can the missing tab be added?
Assuming the tab that's missing is not one of the default target system options, such as "Active Directory", which is enabled with a configuration parameter: TargetSystem\ADS, then the issue may be permissions related.
1. In Designer, go to User Interface, then expand "User interface navigation" and select "Manager". Then expand "Front-end application navigation". The missing tab should be listed, e.g.:
2. Select the appropriate entry, for example, "Employees", then select "Edit menu entry...''. E.g.:
3. At the bottom of this window switch to the "Permissions group" tab. This displays a list of the permissions groups that are currently able to see the selected Manager tab. To grant access to additional users, select their permissions groups here.
4. After making the required change, commit changes to the database, and then create a new connection in Manager with the relevant user.
