When Running a Provisioning Step for Microsoft Lync Server for new Lync records in Quest Quick Connect, the following error is displayed and no accounts get Lync Enabled:
Error: Management object not found for identity 'samaccountname'.
Using samaccountname as the identity specifyer is not supported by the Lync Connector in Quick Connect.
User Identities should be specified by using one of the following formats:
1) the user's SIP address;
2) the user's User Principal Name (UPN);
3) the user's Domain Name and Logon Name, in the form domain\logon (for example, litwareinc\kenmyer);
4) the user's Active Directory display name (for example, Ken Myer).
5) the user’s Active Directory distinguished name.
6) the user's objectGuid
