Single Sign-On does not work for a particular user for some applications. The SSOWatch client lists the application correctly, but the "Login Name" column displays only "Indecipherable account".
How can this be fixed?
If the issue is affecting only one workstation the issue may be with the user's cached data. Thus, clearing the cache is suggested. Please refer to Knowledge Article 47811, How do you clear the ESSO client cache?, for steps on how to clear the cache.
If the issue persists, even after clearing the cache, please contact Support for assistance.
