Out of office replies not being received
An "Out-of-office" (OOO) custom script sets mailbox status to OOO correctly, however when an email is sent to the user that is set to OOO, no OOO reply is received.
The mailboxes have been disabled in Identity Manager, and thus in Exchange as well. Disabled Exchange mailboxes will not send mail.
If the user's mailbox is disabled, re-enable the mailbox to allow replies to be sent.
