When using a mobile device (iPhone, Android, Blackberry), is it possible to approve a request with an email reply?
It is not possible to approve any request with an email reply.
A user can be configured with the option "Allow this user to access TPAM from a Mobile Device (Blackberry, iPhone, etc.)". This will allow the user to access a mobile version of the appliance with a mobile device to add and manage requests. The process of managing requests remains the same on the mobile version of the appliance.
