Description
Is it possible for TPAM to monitor for idle / inactive PSM Sessions, and then disconnect them after a certain amount of time?

Resolution
The product does not currently monitor PSM sessions for inactivity or idle time during a PSM Session
WORKAROUND
Some possible alternatives are the Global Settings for "Max Session Duration" and "Maximum Recording Size", depending on the requirements. Information on these Global Settings can be found in the TPAM System Administration Guide.STATUS
