When installing a upgrade patch the patch log shows "Patch successfully applied to system", however the logs shows denied "Access to the path" errors
eg.
Error installing archive PAR-Bin.zip file Microsoft.Win32.TaskScheduler.dll: Access to the path 'C:\PAR\bin\Microsoft.Win32.TaskScheduler.dll' is denied.
Error installing archive PAR-Bin.zip file Quest.Perl.dll: Access to the path 'C:\PAR\bin\Quest.Perl.dll' is denied.
Error installing archive PAR-Bin.zip file AccountDisc.exe: Access to the path 'C:\PAR\bin\AccountDisc.exe' is denied.
