There are Global Settings to make some fields (eg 'Reason Code') optional. Does this ability exist for the text field 'Cancel/Expire Reason'?
WORKAROUND: None. The 'Cancel/Expire Reason' field is currently a required field within the product when cancelling or expiring a request.
STATUS: Enhancement request #6377 has been created to track this request. This will be reviewed for possible inclusion in a future release of the product.
