To customize error messages within the Password Manager self-service site using the Customization tool please see the following steps:
- Determine the error to be changed within the Password Manager user site.
- Launch the Password Manager Customization tool obtained from the following solution:https://support.quest.com/password-manager/kb/156150
- Locate in the tool the error to be customized.
- Once the error has been customized save the changes in the tool.
- Restart the application pool for the user site within IIS.
- Determine the error has been changed within the Password Manager user site
