Web Interface shows mismatched versions when versions are confirmed the same.
Attempting to access the web interface shows an error regarding mismatched versions. After verifying that all the component versions do indeed match, the error is still persistent, making note that the version of the service at the end of the error actually is displayed blank.
This can be caused when the service account is locked out. The web interface is unable to authenticate to the administration service to check the version.
To resolve this issue, you will need to unlock the service account in Active Directory.
