Symptoms:
1 - Cloud Access Manager error: The configuration for Cloud Access Manager is incorrect and is preventing the STS configuration information from being loaded. Please contact your Cloud Access Manager administrator.
2 - The fallback admin will not be able to login into the Admin Ui
3 - The Cloud Access Manager STS log will contain the error about an invalid certificate

1 - Go to IIS Manager | Server Certificates
2 - Right click the CAM website certificate and select Create Domain Certificate
3 - Fill out the details and click next
4 - Specify a certificate authority and click next
5 - Iis Manager go to the site Bindings and select https and select the new ssl certificate from the drop down then click view to ensure it is vaild
6 - Restart IIS
