What does "Hard-Delete" mean in the Activity Log?

'Soft' deleted Systems and Accounts may be viewed via "Systems, Accounts and Collections | Systems | Deleted Systems" or "Accounts | Deleted Accounts".
The entry in the log should have a timestamp shortly after the Daily Maintenance job is scheduled to run (01:00 UTC by default).
