ADSAccounts fields are grayed out and cannot be modified -
Description
Some ADSAccounts are being grayed out and not updatable in Manager.
How can such accounts be re-enabled and what is causing this? -
Cause
The account is in an "Outstanding" state. The sync is responsible for this. If the account doesn't exist in Active Directory (AD) the sync sets it to "Outstanding" (by default). For more information, please refer to the Target System Synchronization Reference Guide:

If the account is in an "Outstanding" state it will be marked as such in Manager:
To manually re-enable the account use the "Reset" option on the account in the "Target system synchronization Active Directory" section in Manager:
