ADSAccounts fields are grayed out and cannot be modified
Some ADSAccounts are being grayed out and not updatable in Manager.
How can such accounts be re-enabled and what is causing this?
The account is in an "Outstanding" state. The sync is responsible for this. If the account doesn't exist in Active Directory (AD) the sync sets it to "Outstanding" (by default). For more information, please refer to the Target System Synchronization Reference Guide:
