ArError2864_1 "Unable to update master account with reference to shadow account"
Active Roles failed to link a master account to a shadow account. As a result, the master account does not display the Exchange or Lync Server properties of the shadow account
The issue may occur due to a malfunction of the Built-in Policy - ERFM - Mailbox Management or Built-in Policy - Lync - Master Account Management Policy Object.
Use the Active Roles console to execute the ERFM - Mailbox Management or Lync - Master Account Management scheduled task, located in the Configuration > Server Configuration > Scheduled Tasks > Builtin container
