Please refer to the Getting Started guide for steps on installing and configuring the job service: Configuring the Identity Manager Service
The time-out period for the start-up of the service can be changed, as per the following Knowledge Article: Quest One Identity Manager Service does not start due to time-out
If the service and job configuration have been confirmed as correct, and the change to time-out still does not resolve the issue, try changing the following values in Internet Explorer:
- Clear both "Check for publisher's certificate revocation" and "Check for server certificate revocation" then click "Apply" or "OK".
Please note that the settings are user-specific, so you must be logged in as the service account for the change to be effective.
