Clear the cache on the web browser
To clear Cache in Chrome
Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
For Password Manager 5.7.1 and later:
Check that the permissions for the "Application Pool Identity" account is not missing from each of the "app_data" folders located in the "Admin", "Helpdesk" & "User" folders in "C:\Program Files\One Identity\ Password Manager\Web"
Please note: If the self service site is installed on a DMZ server ensure that the "Application Pool Identity" account used to install this feature has permissions on the Password Manager host for the "User" folder in "C:\Program Files\Dell\One Identity Password Manager\Web". If this is not done the logo will not display on the self service site on the DMZ server.
If the logo was just changed, you can try a restart of IIS on both the internal and external servers.
