This document details how to enable and gather logging for the Quick Connect/ARS Sync Service.
1) Go to the Quick Connect console.
2) Click the Gear icon.
3) Click ‘Diagnostic Logging’ and then drag both bars up to maximum.
4) Click ‘View in Explorer’ to access the logs location.
Note: If you have enabled diagnostic logging in the past, ensure to remove any previously generated logs prior to following the instructions above.
After reproducing the issue,disable logging and forward the relevant logs to Support for analysis.
