This document details how to enable and gather logging for the Quick Connect Synch Engine and Quick Connect Console.
1) Go to the Quick Connect console;
2) Click the Gear icon or if using Sync Engine 5.3, Click <Settings>
3) Click ‘Diagnostic Logging’ and then drag both bars up to maximum;
4) Click ‘View in Explorer’ to access the logs location.
If you have enabled diagnostic logging in the past, please make sure to remove any previously generated logs prior to following the instructions above.
After reproducing the issue, please disable logging and forward the relevant logs (‘QuickConnectServerHost.log’ and ‘QuickConnectConsole.log’) to support for analysis.
