Email notifications being sent to all Approvers, regardless of collection membership and ignore system access policies
Description
We have a number of use cases where we have systems registered in TPAM which have accounts used by different support teams. For these cases, we assign the account to the collection and check the ignore system access policies to ensure system level collection entitlements are not granted. This is working as expected, however it appears that the emails that are delivered to the approvers notifying them that a request is pending their approval is being delivered to all approvers defined for that system regardless of the collection membership/ignore system access policies setting at the account level is this behavior by design?
Resolution
This issue has been confirmed as a defect and submitted as BFER 7253.
It is currently scheduled to be resolved in the TPAM 2.5.915 maintenance release.
