Reports in SSRS or the Quest Knowledge Portal are not updating to reflect changes in Active Roles Server
Reports in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) or in the Quest Knowledge Portal do not update to reflect changes which have been made in Active Roles Server. Instead, the reports only show the information gathered on the first time that the Collector was installed.
If the Collector is installed with default options, it is run once and once only. It needs to be scheduled so that it periodically populates data into the SQL database which is tied into SSRS.
Run the installation for the Collector again, and ensure that it runs on the schedule desired. With default Active Roles Server settings, this should be at least once a week, to ensure that no Change History data is lost. The Collector could be configured to run daily or more often, if your environment can handle the additional load.
