SPE does not display complete Self-Service site -
Description
When accessing the Self-Service site from the logon screen the screen is blank or not all of the fields are visible.
When logged on to the desktop the Self-Service site displays correctly.

Cause
The SPE uses the IE system account and is using a cached version of the Self-Service page instead or a refreshed version.

Resolution
In order to refresh the neccessary pages:
- Logon to client machine.
- Open Internet Explorer as the local system account.
This will make the execution of Password Manager almost identical to the conditions from the SPE.

- Open the QPMUser site
- Refresh the web page (Ctrl+Press F5)
This refreshes the files from the server.
The Self-Service site should now be displaying correctly.
