When accessing the Self-Service site from the logon screen the screen is blank or not all of the fields are visible.
When logged on to the desktop the Self-Service site displays correctly.
The SPE uses the IE system account and is using a cached version of the Self-Service page instead or a refreshed version.
In order to refresh the neccessary pages:
This will make the execution of Password Manager almost identical to the conditions from the SPE.
This refreshes the files from the server.
The Self-Service site should now be displaying correctly.
