There are multiple possible reasons for a "Reset Required" or "Not Recorded" message.
1/ One possible reason is having the wrong Proxy Connection Type or the wrong PSM Connection Profile selected on the Managed Account. If it does not connect properly, then it will not start the recording properly.
2/ Communication issues between appliances TPAM / DPA / Archive server. If the PSM Sessions are being hosted by DPAs, please ensure the communication is working properly between the TPAM and the DPA.
3/ If you are using an Archive Server to which the session recordings are being transferred, confirm that there is no communication issue between the TPAM / DPA and the Archive Server. Ensure there is sufficient disk space to copy the recording files to Archive Server.
4/ Ensure users are terminating their sessions properly. The blue Terminate button should always be clicked when a user is finished with a session, to ensure the connection is closed properly.
