In order to resolve this problem, it is important to check the configuration guide and determine that all permissions are set correctly.
Furthermore, by expanding the job in the Job Queue, you are able to identify the parameters and can confirm if the login information is correct. This can be verified by looking at the key LDAP Login and LDAPLoginPassword.
Once this information is verified, it is okay to remove the synchronization jobs that might contain incorrect login information from Job Queue and restart the synchronization through manager.
